Points are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Membership tier status is valid for 12 months (365 days) from the last qualifying check-out date.
Members must complete at least one qualifying stay within each 365-day period to maintain their tier.
Tier downgrade applies if no qualifying stay is recorded.
Example:
Gold → Silver after 365 days of inactivity.
Further inactivity will result in additional downgrade.
A one-time grace period extension may be considered for Gold and Platinum members upon request.
