POINT REDEMPTION

Points may be redeemed for the following:

  • Complimentary stays.

  • Food & Beverage credits.

  • Spa treatments.

  • Yoga sessions.

  • Transportation or curated tour activities.


Redemption Guidelines

  • Minimum points apply for each reward category.

  • Complimentary stays are subject to availability and blackout dates during high & peak seasons.

  • Points are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

MEMBERSHIP VALIDITY & RENEWAL

  • Membership tier status is valid for 12 months (365 days) from the last qualifying check-out date.

  • Members must complete at least one qualifying stay within each 365-day period to maintain their tier.

  • Tier downgrade applies if no qualifying stay is recorded.

Example:

  • Gold → Silver after 365 days of inactivity.

  • Further inactivity will result in additional downgrade.

  • A one-time grace period extension may be considered for Gold and Platinum members upon request.

BOOKING CHANNEL POLICY

  • Full loyalty benefits apply primarily to direct bookings (nandinibali.com, email, WhatsApp).

  • Guests are encouraged to complete their member profile (email, birthday, preferences) to receive personalized offers.

COMMUNICATION

Members will receive:

  • Post-stay points summary.

  • Tier upgrade or downgrade notifications.

  • Exclusive member communications and offers (opt-in required).

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • All benefits are subject to availability and operational conditions.

  • Benefits are applicable only to the registered member during their stay.

  • Management reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program, benefits, or point structure with prior notice.

  • Misuse of the loyalty program may result in termination of membership.
